Return and Refund Policies

If for some reason you are not pleased with what you have purchased, please email me at cindy@siennagrace.com within 24 hours of receiving it. I usually find that you will know right away whether the item is not to your liking. If it is a gift, please let me know and we will work something out.

The item must be in the same condition it was shipped to you, so that I can refund the full price of the item, less shipping. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for your purchase. Unfortunately, the original shipping cost and your return shipping cost are nonrefundable.

Personalized and Customized orders are just that, customized for you only, and therefore, cannot be returned. This primarily pertains to items such as those that have been hand stamped with names, dates, and/or initials.
